Ticketing System Features

TaquillaOnline is developed in Portuguese, incorporating the latest in information technologies and integrating all the requirements for a total ticket office management ensuing in additional value for our customers.

The ticketing software consists of "Smart Client" applications that allow to join Windows to Web efficiency and flexibility. A normal internet connection is required to work with the system.

The platform was developed using Microsoft technology supported by a entirely redundant, high availability infrastructure composed of IBM xSeries servers, a permanent monitoring and helpdesk team.

Through established partnerships, TaquillaOnline has the largest nationwide distribution network of sale venues (online).

One of the pillars underlying the development of this project focuses on the synergy of efforts enabling reduced costs significantly to the participating companies.
