These conditions are agreed between Etnaga - Consultores Sistemas Informação Lda., Rua Cesário Verde, 35-E, 2790-491 Queijas, legal person with the n. ° 502 669 730, hereinafter referred to as Etnaga, and between any one wishing to buy tickets for events , cards and products online sold by affiliated companies, hereinafter referred to as user.

1. Subject

These conditions are intended to define the general sale conditions at https://www.taquillaonline.es/, simply designated as TaquillaOnline, established between Etnaga and the user, regulating all necessary steps to accomplish your online purchase of show tickets, cards and products, following the directions contained herein.

2. Tickets

To successfully complete your online ticket purchase, the user must comply to the following steps:

• Step 2 » Session Selection;
• Step 3 » Sector Select;
• Step 4 » Seat Selection;
• Step 5 » Purchase summary confirmation;
• Finalize » Carry out Payment.

The user will receive the ticket via email that can be presented on the mobile phone at the entrance of the event. Alternatively, you can print the ticket in PDF format.

3. Cards

To successfully complete your online card purchase, the user must comply to the following steps:

• Step 2 » Card Selection;
• Step 3 » Quantity Selection;
• Step 4 » Information Entry;
• Step 5 » Purchase summary confirmation;
• Finalize » Carry out Payment.

The user will receive the card via email that can be presented on the mobile phone at the entrance of the event. Alternatively, you can print the card in PDF format.

4. Payment

At TaquillaOnline you can carry out your purchase payment by the use of MasterCard, Visa or Klarna.

These transactions validation is ensured by Redunicre/Sibs. In case of fraudulent use of cards, the seller reserves the right to cancel the transactions associated with that payment method.

5. Prices

Prices should be read in euros.

Inherent to buying at TaquillaOnline is the payment of operating costs of 6%, plus VAT, on the total purchase price (minimum value 0.05€ per ticket), duly indicated in Step 5.

All prices shown include VAT (applicable at the day of purchase).

6. Warranty

In case of a duplicated transaction error, cancellation and full refund of the amount paid is guaranteed.

Sales are final and not liable to exchanges or refunds.

In case of event cancellation, the Event Company Promoter is obliged to refund the amount paid for the tickets, excluding Etnaga transaction operating costs.

In case of show postponement, tickets are valid for the new announced date.

Etnaga is not liable to ticket refund being this assigned to the Event Company Promoter.

8. Liability

All contents and prices shown and described at the website are the Event Company Promoter responsibility and may:

• Be modified at any time and without notice, by the same;
• Be outdated or contain errors.

For all access and purchase steps on the website, Etnaga has only one obligation of means. Etnaga excludes all warranty and any responsibility for any inconvenience or inherent loss arising from the use of the Internet network, in particular, a disruption of service, external intrusion or presence of computer viruses, or any force majeure so classified by the jurisprudence the courts, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If, despite all our precautions, errors occur at this site, Etnaga shall not be liable for that fact.

Etnaga has the right to cancel a purchased ticket and refund the amount paid if:

• The amount paid for a ticket is incorrect, due to an error in the price published on the website or otherwise communicated;
• Purchased a ticket before its sale date;
• Purchased a ticket that was not supposed to go on sale;

This measure can be applied regardless of whether the error is due to human failure or a technical failure on the BOL platform.

A TaquillaOnline registered user is responsible for his access information, ensuring it's confidentiality. He's equally responsible for his personal information and keeping it up to date.
